Christina is a senior associate in the Corporate Department with a range of professional experience.

Christina obtained a Bachelor of Science in Banking & Finance from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill campus and worked as an analyst in the Regulatory Affairs, Governance and Compliance department of a multinational financial institution in Barbados, prior to attaining a Bachelor of Laws, also from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. Subsequently, Christina attended the Hugh Wooding Law School, where she acquired her Legal Education Certificate in 2015.

Christina was also called to the Barbados Bar in 2015 and commenced her legal career at a prominent, regional law firm, where she reaped a wealth of experience in the international business and corporate and commercial arenas. Over a period of several years, Christina was a member of and heavily involved in the Barbados International Business Association, lending her time and support to the Association’s Legal Profession Committee, the Banking and Wealth Management Committee and a National Task Force for Base Erosion and Profit Shifting, in each case, to aid the Barbados Government in the development, amendment and adoption of various pieces of legislation. During this time, Christina also seized the opportunity to co-author a Barbados segment in the Law and Practice section of the Chambers Employment Law Guide.

In more recent years, Christina gained valuable commercial experience as in-house Legal Counsel for a renowned luxury resort in Barbados.

Other than law, Christina loves to travel and has a great interest in content creation.
