Our Corporate Department provides services to domestic and international clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, financing, project finance, corporate restructuring, securities law, company law, and corporate entity formation, to name a few.

Gillian Clarke, Partner, heads our Corporate Department, and works primarily with multinational clients in the international financial services sector. Our clients include many of the international banks which provide project finance to multi-national corporations with interests in a wide range of industries, from mining to shipping to technology research and development and licensing.

Our Corporate team includes associates and experienced corporate administrators who provide paralegal and administrative services, as well as a database manager, responsible for keeping electronic and paper minute books up to date. Our corporate administrators work closely with clients to ensure that their Barbados entities are in compliance in all respects with the licensing and legislative regime in Barbados.
